We had the Wild Boar Pasta, clams in wine sauce, minestrone and burrata which were all very good. It was a lovely experience and we really enjoyed the atmosphere for a family dinner out or a date! Cocktails and dessert were also š lovely, authentic and healthy place.

I recently had the Spaghetti alla Carbonara from Mondello in Seattle, and I can honestly say it was one of the best carbonaras I've ever tasted. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauce was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced without being heavy. Each bite had that authentic Roman flavor, with the perfect ratio of pancetta adding a salty, savory depth, and just the right amount of freshly cracked black pepper giving it a subtle warmth. It was clear they use high-quality ingredients, and the egg-based sauce was silky smooth, coating each strand of spaghetti with perfection. What impressed me most was how comforting yet elevated the dish felt -- classic, simple, and executed flawlessly. Paired with a glass of their house white wine, it transported me straight to a trattoria in Rome. Mondello truly honors the authenticity of this traditional dish, and I will absolutely be returning for it again soon. If you're looking for a genuine and unforgettable carbonara experience in Seattle, Mondello is the place to go.

The smoked Salmon Ravioli was decadent. If you like smoked salmon, you will love this dish! The lemon cream sauce was lovely. The service was the best part of the experience. We felt truly welcomed and 100% comfortable. I always walk away completely full and happy after eating at Mondello!!
