We are looking for part time Bussers / Server Assistants. Experience helpful but not required. About the Role: We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Busser to join our family-owned Italian restaurant. This position plays a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests through attentive table service, food delivery, and direct support to management during service. Key Responsibilities: • Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently between guests • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables with care and accuracy • Provide continuous water service, refilling glasses throughout the meal • Prepare and plate desserts according to restaurant standards • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, including floors and service stations • Assist servers and kitchen staff during busy service periods • Stock and organize supplies (silverware, napkins, glassware, etc.) • Work directly with the owner and manager during service hours • Respond promptly to guest and staff needs • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines • Help maintain a welcoming and organized dining environment Required Qualifications: • Valid Washington State Food Worker Card (required for employment) • MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) Certification (required for employment) • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Team player with positive, professional attitude Preferred Qualifications: • Previous restaurant or customer service experience • Knowledge of Italian cuisine What We Offer: • Competitive hourly wage plus tip share • Family-oriented work environment • Employee meals • Opportunities for advancement Must hold a valid King County, Washington State Food Worker and MAST card prior to employment.
